Enterprise search feed refined.

The were some issues with irrelevant results showing up in the enterprise search feed, but those irrelevant results should be now be removed. This was due to a keyword that was being searched by Yahoo Pipes (where all the feeds on this site are aggregated) that was picking up the irrelevant results.
